Dr. Anuja Garg is a warm and caring physician who has been serving patients in the Bay Area for nearly a decade, bringing over 20 years of medical experience. She is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine, and also holds certifications in Travel Medicine and Aesthetic Medicine.
Dr. Garg completed her medical degree at Lady Hardinge Medical College in New Delhi, India, and her residency in Internal Medicine in New York. She is a member of the American College of Physicians, the Obesity Medicine Association, and the International Society of Travel Medicine.
Her care philosophy is simple: good health is the key to a happy life. She focuses on preventing illness, managing chronic conditions like diabetes, thyroid problems, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol, and supporting mental health. She also offers weight-management programs, lifestyle coaching, and, when appropriate, prescription options for weight loss.

Fluent in English and Cantonese, she ensures that older adults and their families feel understood, supported, and confident in their care.

Dr Hemalatha Vangala, MD
Dr. Hemalatha Vangala is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with extensive experience in both outpatient and hospital medicine. After completing her MD at Andhra Medical College in 1994, she trained at Interfaith Medical Center and is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
She treats a wide range of adult health concerns, including hypertension, sepsis, and complex endocrine conditions. Dr. Vangala is skilled in diagnosing and managing chronic and acute illnesses, and she brings a patient-centered approach that has earned high praise for her clear communication and compassionate care.
